Describe the bug
When placing Wooden Wheel, it gets facing based on the players look direction, not the block face player actually looking at

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to place Wooden Wheel on the side of the block that is parallel to you
2. Wheel is either placed on the another block or pops out.

Expected behavior
Wheel should be placed in a similar manner to torches or wire connectors.
