[BUG] data packet text is misleading for the "Artillery Howitzer"

Describe the bug
on the 4th page of the Engineer's Manual entry for "Artillery Howitzer" it states that the string required for setting the "Action mode" is shown by the letter 'm' this is however misleading, as the machine will only accept actions if it comes from the packet 'c' (as seen in the video)

turn to page 4 of the engineering manual

Expected behavior
the string should show the correct letter needed to properly send the packet
