An option to edit permissions, I run a server and I don't people without OP to edit the paintings. I checked the config file and couldn't find anything related to that. If there's already a way to do that, please let me know.

Sure I can add that but I feel like this is a big too specific. Why cant your players just destroy the painting? Would something like "If they can mine that block, allow modification" work?
