Error when opening the engineer manual

How did it happen?
Everytime I try to open the Engineer Manual it says that in my log:

Should've chosen the bug template, but I will try to test if I can reproduce in an instance with only two mods together.
Doesn't seems I can reproduce so I'm not really sure what's going on.
Does it happen aswell in an instance that only has IE and IP, and nothing else?
(Also i don't see any signs of a crash.. so why'd you choose the crash template?)
