Bug about pumpjack Work

Current Behaviour
I have some issues with petroleum because i used rubium i remplace by emberium then projector goes to work now then when i finally find a chunk with 22 M oil i make a pumpjack and she don't work anymore, try all the things i see on net try all pipes try all tanks make a pipe to the bedrock get pipe to the top of immersive tank... i don't understand maybe it's librairy or what don't know

1 find a chunks with oil
2 make a pumpjack
3 go to energy with flux reborn
4 try all pipes and tank nothing work

"latest" would be 1.19.2-4.2.0-28 which in this case (since its 1.18.2) is invalid.
Any form of performance mod tends to interfere with the functionality of the mod. (For some darn reason)
Try the same thing with just IE and IP installed, if the issue persists then this is a valid issue. Otherwise some other mod is very likely messing with things that they probably shouldnt.
