Feature Explanation

I know that port requests will most likely be turned down, and I absolutely respect the reason as to why. But, I'd really love the opportunity to play with this mod again as it's one of the only mods out there with my favorite implementation of a motorboat. If not the only one out there. Along with the fact this has a much nicer system for oil refinery in my eyes in comparison to Create TFMG. Again, entirely understand if this gets deleted and I hope this mod continues to be as well maintained as it has.
