Problem with outputting diesel from coker

Cant get the sulfurized diesel fom the coker unit, tried all possible pipes and pumps.
Only a bucket manualy gets the liquid out.

Somehow putting a bucket in it did make an mekanism pipe pull the internal tank empty.. dunno why.. but, it worked..
