Description of the issue

so i set up a coker, but i can't get the diesel to come out exept by using buckets, i've tried pipes from pipez, and i tried the fluid pipe from immersive, with and without a pump. its just not coming out. also tried a couple of different tanks against the output side. sometimes it puts 100mb into the tank and stops (after wich the tank is unusable even with buckets) but mostly it just doesn't do anything. i've tried mekanism tanks of every size, and create tanks. also tried endertank. mekanism cables and pipes are disabled on the server i play on because they are laggy as heck.
