Before reporting:
Please use the search function to make sure an issue hasn't been reported already. This avoids duplicates.
Also, please give this issue a descriptive name that contains the game version in the title, eg.: "[1.16] Distillation Tower Interaction Crash"
Description of the issue
Describe what happens, how it affects your game/gameplay and provide screenshots where possible.
Once I load into the world, and by affect the chunks at the pump load, the entire server crashes before I even finish joining.
The pumpjack has been working fine for ~week, but I finally now setup a whole setup to consume the crude oil it's pumping, and last thing I checked was the IE tank was filled. It first crashed yesterday, completely randomly when friends were online, now it's crashing anytime any of us in the area attempts to load in.
Versions and Modlist
IE and Forge versions are mandatory. Note that saying "latest" is not valid. Always give the proper version number
Other mods should be listed (with their versions) in a pastebin or gist upload. The easiest way to get these lists is a crashlog, you may force one with F3 + C
.
If your game crashed (see below) you may omit the modlist, but IE and Forge version would still be nice.
Forge: 36.2.18
ImmersiveEngineering-1.16.5-5.0.5-140.jar
ImmersivePetroleum-1.16.5-3.3.0-8.jar
Crash Log
If your Minecraft instance has crashed, a file will have been generated in the folder crash-reports
of your minecraft folder. To understand what has happened, we need to know the content of that file. But please don't just put it directly in your report (that makes it hard to read), upload it to a site like pastebin or gist and put a link in to the actual bug report.
Screenshot(s)
Images say more than a thousand words, so if you are bad at explaining things like me, throw in some images to accompany the What happend?
section above.
(Perhaps you could even reference them in that section too)
An update to this, I managed to edit out the block (reported in the crash report (784, 68, 111)) and that has stopped the crashing.
Logging back in, this is what I returned to see:
No idea if it's caused by the crash, or was causing it. It could also be a rendering artifact after destroying the block (Some mod causes extreme render issues). Just something interesting. There was only one pump jack setup.
Another thing, there was a torch placed in the multiblock next to the power input. I don't know if it was recently placed, but it could be a cause?
