Description of the issue

Coker produces the correct fluid amount in the buffer, but transfers the wrong amount to connected pipes or tanks.

I do not believe this to be a create issue as those tanks function fine with regular IE machines.

Observe that 27mb is created with default sulfurized diesel recipe, but the wrong amount appears when transferred from buffer

I can confirm the seared tanks from tinkers construct also receive the incorrect amount.

I can also confirm the hydrotreater/SRU works as expected and outputs the correct amount, if that's any help.
