Describe the issue

Generating new chunks is extremely slow with dimension stacking enabled. This occurs on both server and client side, running with 8 gigs of RAM. I only have the nether and sky world enabled so generating 2 more dimensions shouldn't be this slow even if the dimension the player is in is always generating new chunks as well. I have tried on a variety of 1.19.2 forge mod versions, same issue.

The chunk the player is standing in generates relatively quickly, it seems the game does not generate chunks the player is not standing in, maybe to do with render distance?

This issue is not present in the 1.19.3 version of the mod
