According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Immersive Portals mod installed?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Minecraft 1.19.2
  2. Install Forge 43.3.5
  3. Download XLPackets - v2.1
  4. Download ImmersivePortals for Forge - v2.3.6-mc1.19.2
  5. Place both jar files in mods folder and launch the game.

What You Expected

Minecraft would launch normally.

What Happened Instead

The Minecraft window never appeared, the java process froze and stopped using any resources.

Additional Details

Both XLPackets mod and ImmersivePortals contain mixins that modify packet payload.
