Steps to Reproduce

Install Immersive portals + terrafirmacraft

Dimension stack on (idk if its needed to be on or not)

Wander around the world and see yellow patches of grass, you may need to load a portal to trigger this weird effect

What You Expected

The grass to stay the same colour

What Happened Instead

Yellow patches of grass
