forge 40.1.84 and lower

any mod in the list installed along with "immersive-portals-1.4.12-mc1.18.2-forge" leads to the same issue after player dies and respawns

steps to reproduce:

1. start existing world/create new world (no matter what settings)
2. make few steps and /kill
3. click respawn and wait few secs, rarely it needs second time to suicide

when a bug happens, you can die again, this will load the world for a while, but the bug will happen again
