Compatibility Request: Restricted Portals

Restricted Portals reported issue: MoreThanHidden/RestrictedPortals#32
"Immersive portals is breaking the Forge EntityTravelToDimensionEvent, so would need them to fix that."
The ability to restrict entry into immersive portals would be a great addition either with compatibility with this mod or through feature implementation.
What MC-Version are we talking about?

My preference would be 1.19.2 fabric but I imagine others might also like the fix in other MC versions for the mod
