Seeing as Part Wear will be added eventually, I think it would be useful to have a way to inspect parts, so players can replace them before they become and issue and/or cause a breakdown.

On newer locomotives, perhaps there could be some kind of Diagnostics tool, where as on older locomotives, you would have to inspect them manually with a different tool/multiple different tools.

After inspection, there should be a menu that displays the condition of all the parts, and players can fabricate and replace any damaged or worn parts.
