Visual bug with slopes' railbed known from previous version still exists (and more) (1.16.5, Forge, Optifine)

Vertical walls of railbed are not rendered. It is generally possible to "mask" this bug by putting same-looking blocks under tracks.
There is also other problem - railbed of flat tracks may sometimes disappear after loading chunks, it appears again after placing/removing block in this chunk.
