Describe the bug
If you have a wheel as a throttle control and try to move it, it constantly jumps between two positions
This does not happen if it's a widget instead.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

1. Create a wheel in Blender
2. Set it's rotational pivot point to the center of the wheel with an arbirary rotation amount (I used -200)
3. Name it THROTTLE_1
4. Try to use it ingame

Expected behavior
The wheel smoothly rotates around the center

(It's angled in those videos but I tested it also just laying flat, but it was the same)
