Describe the bug
machine not sync correctly between client/server

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:
make a 1.7.10 server running connect on it try use casing basin sometime it works sometime not (animation/sound/selection of a part not working)
when you drop a block of steel the gui not refresh
Edit: just pass a to another dimension and go back then it's not working
