Hi guys! I have been having problems using java versions higher than 8. Forge already supports java 15 before 1.17, it would be great if you could add compatibility at least until Java 11. Java 8 is already lagging behind and is causing problems for some people. Cheers guys!

Java 8+ support will come on 1.18 update. Mean time need to be on latest java 8
