I installed this mod on an ongoing save. There is no recipe for the manual and when I installed the was no manual in my inventory. I looked online for ways to start this mod but none were helpful. I have two recipes available to me that items that are marked as empty flag.

Did you try the recipe from the IR wiki entry on the blueprint book?
