Running latest IR and UMC release for MC 1.7.10, with TrackAPI 1.2 and forge version Forge- 10.13.3.4.1558
Something is causing a strange issue. Here's how to replicate it:

Create new world
Get track blueprint from creative
Right click the ground to place the default, unchanged track
2 seconds later, game crashes with 'Error ticking memory'.
I've attached a latest.log and mod list, but I've ran these exact other mod .jars with an older version of IR fine for about a year now.
I've replicated with a fresh install on another machine, and on my main computer.
Hope this helps, it's a strange issue that I've never seen before so I'm not sure what else I can provide.
