Describe the bug
In FTB Ultimate Reloaded 1.10.0 I added IR and track api into the server. This occurs only when the modpack contains IRv1.7.3 and track apiV1.2. Using turtles from CC: Tweaked V1.84.0 work until 2 turtles are in adjacent tiles to each other in any direction. In which case both turtles become wiped. Any code or items inside are gone.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

1. Launch Modpack
2. Program to turtle to run towards each other like a jousting tournament
3. Easy them stop once they are adjacent to each other

Expected behavior
The turtle will stop in place and lose everything inside them
