When i get the rail blueprint my game crashes!

My error: The game crashed whilst unexpected error
Error: org.lwjgl.opengl.OpenGLException: Cannot use Buffers when Array Buffer Object is enabled
Exit Code: -1

I use 1.12.2 Minecraft version with about 9 mods idk if that could cause the problem.
