Describe the suggestion
New control/widget added for Blower, allows the driver/fireman of a steam locomotive to activate the blower which (while the locomotive is stationary if possible) increase the speed at which the locomotive heats up/produces steam. Allow this to be a properties thing such as "has_blower": true, so engines without it can go without it.

Applications of the suggestion
Fully aware this is a niche feature, but I think it would be neat nonetheless, and hopefully relatively simple implementation of the idea. Having the ability to help speed up the heating process in a more realistic way would be quiet useful, and considering the addition of other new controls this update (multiple brakes/reverser) it would be a nice QoL control to add.
