Describe the suggestion
Simply put I would like to suggest that the config have the option to disable the changing of sounds of locomotives changing pitch through the different gauges.

Applications of the suggestion
This config option would be convenient for users that desire to keep the original sounds of locomotives regardless of the gauge they are running. For example, users that strictly want to use a smaller gauge would still have the satisfaction of the big and loud sounds of standard gauge.
