A character display bug and the solution

Description
In IR 1.10.0 of newer Minecraft versions like 1.14.4 and 1.16.5, when the game language is switched to Simplified Chinese, all chinese characters are displayed in a mess due to the decoding system (UTF-8 characters are decoded as GBK characters), but in older Minecraft versions(like 1.12.2) and older IR versions(like 1.9.1) , this problem doesn't exist.
How to fix
There are two possible ways to fix this:
1.Add back the language file zh_cn.json(replaces zh_cn.lang).
2.Change all the simplified chinese characters into unicode(starting with \u, like \u4f60\u597d)
