Almost all Immersive Railroading trains aren't showing up in JEI in 1.16.5.

Describe the bug
All IR trains included and from packs apart from the A1 Peppercorn aren't showing up in JEI. This doesn't just affect the model but the item as a whole. The creative inventory isn't affected, however. I can remember this not being the case in another modpack with the same IR version, although that modpack was on 1.12.2.
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behaviour:
Enter a world on 1.16.5 with Forge version 36.2.35 or 36.2.39, IR version 1.10.0, Track API version 1.2, UMC version 1.2.1 and JEI version 7.8.0.1011. Open the inventory and search for "@immersive" or search for any individual train in the JEI search bar.
Expected behaviour
I would expect for the items to show up including the model, like in the creative inventory or the A1 in JEI.

Not a bug, but a feature. In the past IR used to lag out the JEI menu a lot because of the sheer number of models and parts it displayed. So as a result, IR stock now only shows up in the creative inventory
