Bogies freaking out when driving on switches

Dear Developerteam, I have stumbled across a situation that used to be possible while laying new switches and wondered if this bug is known and hope that it will be fixed in the future.
I filled out the given info-sheet

Describe the bug
When you drive a train over switches, it may happen, that the bogies freak out and bug into different directions. Some trains seem to be affected more than others,

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

  1. Build a switch, where the tracks do not cross over yet, like this:

  2. Flip the switch (get redstone to it
  3. Drive a Train over it (in this case: BR64 from the Autism-pack)
  4. The Bogies will start bugging around

Expected behavior
I expected, that the train will continue on the curved switch without the bogies being forced onto the straight-part, as it was in previous versions of IR, where much tighter switches were able to be built without any problems, like in this screenshot

Screenshots
[ If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.]

I added screenshots above to the fitting steps. Here is a video that shows the expected bugging of bogies
