Creative Tab not showing "icons" for all trains and vagons (items seem to look ok somehow)

Describe the bug
Just read the title, in creative tab, item textures for all trains and tracks are not showing up in creative tab, when placed, everything is working as it should, but I just don't see the item textures and its damn confusing. It started doing this, when I switched between PCs. I had one PC with Intel CPU and more RAM and now I have PC with specs written below. Also I had same mod setup, every mod in the list of mods, I have installed, are same on both PCs. (Even Forge is same)
Expected behavior
The items/trains textures should be seen in creative tab

Additional context
As I mentioned, I changed PC, because of faulty PSU and after downloading every mod (same version as before) this bug started happening. I also tried to reinstall forge, optifine, mods related to this mod etc. and still problem remains.
