How can start the train without any fuel or something

I‘ve heard about a way than can start the train without fuel,anyone can tell where I can find this function?

Same place any mod puts stuff that you can change.... Config folder. With IR you can access it via / and do it in game

yeah...I’ve tried,but I don't know where exactly it is.ugh,and that's looks a little bit complex

Press '/' on numpad in game, then go Config -> balance -> set FuelRequired to false
