Fix acceleration and braking physics.

Locomotives accelerate way too quickly, when uncoupled to anything or coupled with few cars.
Acceleration physics work well when locomotives are pulling big loads.
In simple words the graph showing relation between train acceleration (vertical axis of the graph) and train load (horizontal axis of the graph) is looking much to steep.
