In-Game Wiki crashes if you click on 'Blueprint Book'

Pretty much just what it says there; I was doing an initial evaluation of the current state, gave myself a copy of the IR Manual, and in getting started it told me I needed a 'blueprint book'. Didn't see it in JEI, so I clicked on it in the In-Game Wiki interface the manual brought up, game went down immediately.
This is possibly related to the fact the item is actually named 'Immersive Railroading Manual'. (and that also is rather confusing for someone getting started)
