Add ability to start a fire in a steam locomotive manually, and also drop the fire manually instead of taking the coal out and letting it burn out. Being able to stop and start an engine fire would make using the steam engines more effeceint. Also perhaps we could add a "BANK FIRE" option, would allow the fire to stay lit on an engine, keep it hot to a certain degree and pressure at a steady level but also decrease the burn rate of fuel by a very large percentage. This would allow players to ready an engine, bank it, and come back to it when needed, or on a multiplayer server, allow a service facility to ready multiple engines for other players, keep them let without large amount of consumption (just like real life). A player picking up a banked engine would have to "RAKE" the engine opening up the fire and bring her up to temp and move right along.
