Ah, that's an issue I introduced when backporting to 1.10. I'll post a link in a bit to a fixed 1.10 version

Having the same issue, but also the same error also occurs filling diesel locomotives with diesel on 1.10.2.

I'll try to get a release out this weekend. My personal life has kept me away from IR for a bit
