the Detector can be served as axle counter, and the Locomotive Control can be served as balise.
However the device which can receive signal continuously is only the radio-control. So I hope add track circuit and it will be better if the track circuit can transmit information to the locomotive like UM71 or UM2000
Applications of the suggestion
track circuit is a common way to check the occupation. Add this feature can simulate more real railroad signaling system

I guess we have a simular problem here as the reason why IR does not have electric trains... it is really hard to pass a current through tracks the is passing chunks that is not loaded.
