Deep Snow Bug

Describe the bug
The snowplow wont remove deep snow in brunel, narrow and minecraft gauge. it works only in Standard and model gauge
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

  1. Turn the Deep Snow in the config on
  2. Spawn a Loco with the snowplow infront of it
  3. Place down some snow on the rails
  4. looks what happens

Expected behavior
That the snow gets removed from the tracks
