Describe the bug
When setting the radio cost per RF to something like 0.1 or 0.5, the game crashes

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

  1. Go to the immersiverailroading.cfg
  2. Change the RadioCostPerMetre option to something like 0.1 or any double value
  3. Launch Minecraft

Expected behavior
The mod accepts the config and makes the transmitter be able to consume something like 1000 RF to a locomotive 10000 blocks away
