Describe the bug
The descriptions are not translated. The localisation file has them.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

  1. Open inventory
  2. Flip to the first tab of the mod
  3. Point the arrow at the items shown in the screenshot.

Expected behavior
See the translation of the description, i.e. in Russian.
