Describe the bug
The frame of the Firefly locomotive is unavailable in the casting basin at all gauge sizes. Only the wheels are available.

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

1. Interact with casting basin
2. Select Firefly
3. Observe only the two types of wheels as options.

Expected behavior
One would expect the locomotive frame to also be able to be made in the casting basin, along with possibly other pieces.

Log was significantly too large to upload to pastebin. If issue requires log, let me know and i'll find another way to get it to you. (It was around 10,000 lines)

Additional context
So far all other locomotives work as intended, including the only other Brunel gauge engine. Bug happens in both Singleplayer and Multiplayer.
