Feature Request: Seperate zoom on hover and zoom when picking up an item into two seperate config options

I have to set Hover Item Scale to 1.0 on my server and on other modpacks I've made because that setting is incompatible with Datapacks and servers that use retextured items as UI elements. It would be nice to still get to change the item scale after picking up an item while still allowing us to disable the feature on hover.
