Describe the bug:
Not sure if it's a mod conflict, but the bars aren't appearing rusty.

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Immersive Weathering, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)
Minecraft version: 1.18.2
Immersive Weathering version: immersive_weathering-1.18.2-3.0.3-forge.jar
Moonlight Lib version: selene-1.18.2-1.17.9.jar
Fabric API / QSL / Forge version: 40.1.2

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1. Place rusty or similarly corroded iron bars down in creative.
2. Blocks will have the appearance of unrusted bars.

Expected behavior:
Rusty bars should appear rusty.
