Describe the bug:
changing config file in or out of game and reloading sets values back at defaut

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Immersive Weathering, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)
Minecraft version: 1.18.2
Immersive Weathering version: 3.0.3
Moonlight Lib version:
Fabric API / QSL / Forge version: 40.2.9

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1.load game
2.change settings for leaf piles to not spawn
3.reload so check config file to see values unchanged

Expected behavior:
config options would save after saving file...(setting said file to READ-ONLY has desired effect.
