Describe the bug:
Ice in deep frozen ocean biome is melting with Immersive Weathering which results in the Ice Maze in Aquamirae looking horrendous

Versions:
Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Immersive Weathering version: 2.0.1
Moonlight Lib version: 2.9.16
Forge version: Forge 47.2.6

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1. Have Immersive Weathering and Aquamirae installed
2. Use '/locate minecraft:deep_frozen_ocean' then teleport there
3. Observe the ice melting

Expected behavior:
Ice in Deep Frozen Ocean shouldn't melt, at least with Aquamirae installed
