this mod presently changes the texture of the brick and nether brick items. i personally do not like this change, and would like to disable it. if these replacements were in an embedded resource pack (like what was done in spelunkery) this would be possible, but presently, it is only possible by creating a new resource pack with mojangs textures in it to re-replace IW's
