Feature:

Fulgurite got a fancy tree kind of look, why not be able to just put them into Flower Pots for decoration?
Quite simple idea honestly.

Alternatives:

I can't really think of anything else concerning potted fulgurite..

No need to add any new block, simply the ability to pot fulgurite.
