Describe the bug:
Currently, Weather2 lightning does not create Vitrified Sand. This is because Weather2 uses a different entity using weather2:lightning_bolt

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Immersive Weathering, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)
Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Immersive Weathering version: 2.0.1
Moonlight Lib version: 2.11.9
Forge version: 47.2.20

Other mods:
Weather2 v2.8.2
CoroUtil v1.3.7

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1. Stand on sand
2. Use /summon minecraft:lightning_bolt
3. Use /summon weather2:lightning_bolt

Expected behavior:
For Vitrified Sand to be created with Weather2 Lightning
