Describe the bug:
Immersive Weathering is unsable on server as long as you're not 100% satisfied with default config

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Immersive Weathering, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)
Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Immersive Weathering version: 2.0.2
Moonlight Lib version: 2.11.12
Fabric API / QSL / Forge version: Forge 47.2

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1. Install Immersive Weathering both on client and server
2. Touch config in any way (even if client's and server config are set 1:1)
3. get crash / disconnect

Expected behavior:
Not getting disconnected.

im pretty sure yacl or cloth are required on fabric, i didnt make the config so im not entirely sure whats going on with it

either way, the file itself can be edited in a text file just fine, its only access through modmenu where this issue occurs
