loam farmland can't plant any crops(including vanilla and modded crops)

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Format it as a numbered list of steps.

1.get a loamy farmland(in immersive weathering) and place it on the ground
2.get any seed and plant it on the loamy farmland
3.keep right clicking a few more times

Expected behavior:
The right click doesn't work, so the seed can't be planted.
