Describe the bug:
1: IW's vert slabs don't show up in jei when quark is installed (recipes still work tho)
2: Brick cracking with pickaxes doesn't work on vert slabs

Versions: (BEFORE SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT, make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of Immersive Weathering, Moonlight Lib and Supplementaries)
